Glasses Mark on Nose usually occurs when you wear glasses for long hours on a regular basis. As time passes small indents get formed on nose and skin starts appearing dark on the nose area where nose pads of glasses rest.

Always select the frame which fits well, the nose pads should not be too tight or too loose

Choose the Spectacles which is light and made up of soft high-quality plastic to fit comfortably on the nose

If you select the frame which is heavy then it could create problems like fatigue, headache, dark marks under eyes and as well as on the nose

So while selecting the glasses if you keep all these points in your mind you will not develop dark marks under eyes and on the nose on wearing specs.

Another way to prevent glasses marks on the nose is by using Contact Lenses instead of Glasses. Contact Lenses are popular and suggested instead of using specs. There are a wide range of Contact Lenses available like flexible plastics, disposable, rigid gas permeable lenses made of semi-soft material and are less likely to tear, extended-wear contacts, Choose any one from them so that there will be no need to carry specs all time wherever you go as well as you will not produce dark marks or dents under eyes and on the nose.

Cucumber

Cut the cucumber into slices and rub it gently over the glasses marks on your nose. For better results extract juice from Cucumber and massage with it over the marks on your nose formed by spectacles.

Tomato

Cut tomato into slices and rub it over the dark mark area over the nose gently. Alternatively, you can even extract the juice from the tomato and apply it over the marks on the nose for 15 to 20 minutes every day.

Honey

Honey is a natural moisturizing agent that is used to remove dark spots on the skin. Regular usage of Honey mixed with milk and oats can be applied over the dark mark on the nose. Milk will help to lighten up the skin and oats will help to scrub out or remove the dead cells present over the nose.

Lemon Juice

With Lemon Juice you can easily remove those dark marks formed on both sides of your nose due to excess wearing of spectacles. Dip a cotton ball into Lemon Juice and rub it gently over the dark mark area on your nose daily.

Potato

Slice a potato and rub it gently over the dark mark area on the nose. Do it daily until you see improvements. or Extract the Juice from Potato and mix it with lemon juice, honey, and rose water. Apply the mixed juice over the dark marks under eyes and on the nose, leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off with cool water. Repeat this daily to get rid of dark marks caused due to glasses/ spectacles/ specs. As Potatoes contains bleaching properties its regular use will help to remove dark black marks under eyes and on the nose.

Milk

Massage the affected dark area on the nose with raw milk daily for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it completely dries up wash it off with cool water. Due to the presence of lactic acid present in milk, it works effectively to cleanse and lighten up the dark area.

Rose Water

Apply rose water gently with the help of a cotton ball over the dark mark area on the nose daily.

Almond Oil

Almond Oil is a rich source of Vitamin E which helps to remove the marks formed by wearing specs on the nose. Massage the dark mark area over the nose with Almond Oil daily. You will see after massaging the dark area over the nose for a few days the marks will fade away.

Butter Milk and Olive Oil

Mix Butter Milk with Olive Oil and prepare a thick paste. Apply the paste over the dark area on your nose caused due to wearing spectacles. Keep it for 10 to 20 minutes once it dries up to wash it with cool water. Daily usage of it will help to remove the black dark marks from the nose caused due to spectacles.

Massage

Massage the dark mark area daily with almond oil. Almond Oil contains properties that help to lighten up the skin as well as Vitamin E is good for the skin.

Rose Water and Lemon

Mix rose water with lemon juice and apply the mixed juice over the darkened area under the eyes and on the nose. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash off your face with cool water. Repeat this daily until you see improvements. Due to natural skin lightening properties in lemon, it helps to get rid of dark black marks under eyes and on the nose caused by wearing specs.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Dilute Apple Cider Vinegar with an equal amount of water and massage the dark mark area over your nose. Repeat this daily until the dark mark area gets lightened up, this remedy has been proved useful to many individuals.

Aloe Vera Gel

Rub Aloe Vera Gel gently over the dark mark on the nose for 10 to 15 minutes daily. After applying it daily for 1 month you will see no marks over your nose.

Orange Peel

Prepare a thick paste of Orange Peel and apply it over the dark mark area on your nose for 30 minutes every day. After continuous usage slowly the dark marks will get faded up from your nose. or Grind Orange Peel and mix it with milk and almond oil, prepare a thick paste. Apply the paste over the dark mark area and leave it for 30 minutes, and Wash it off with cool water. As Orange Peel contains lightening properties it helps to remove the dark mark from the skin by lightening it and Vitamin E present in almond oil helps to nourish the skin.

Strawberry Juice

Extract juice from Strawberry and dip a cotton ball into it and apply it over the dark mark area on your nose formed due to spectacles. Use it daily until the dark marks get faded off completely. Due to the presence of antioxidants in Strawberry, it helps easily to remove the dark marks and dark spots from the skin.
