As we already know Green Tea is rich source of antioxidants and many substances which are beneficial to our health. With the help of Green Tea we can also take benefit to lose weight, so now let’s get familiar with how Green Tea and Weight Loss works. According to the research it is found that intake of Green Tea increases fat burning process which helps to lose weight because when we consume Green Tea in the form of Tea or Green Tea extract it helps to boost metabolism and thus also increases the fat burning process due to the antioxidant “Catechins” present in the Green Tea. After drinking Green Tea it creates feeling of full stomach which is one of the best method to get rid of craving foods and can easily focus on healthy eating habits to lose weight.

  • Losing weight with Green Tea is a very slow process it could take lot of time but in a hurry to lose weight fast don’t ever try to over drink Green Tea. Minimum you can take 2 to 3 Green Tea cups per day.
  • Drinking Green Tea will also boost your energy levels as well as motivate you and will help to work out more for longer duration which will also lead to burn more calories to lose weight.

  • Avoid normal tea or coffee and replace it with Green Tea in the morning, as Green Tea contains caffeine it boosts the energy levels and will keep you active and concentrative the whole day as well as it will burn more calories throughout the entire day. Don’t add too much of sugar, milk, or honey in your Green Tea serving as it might work opposite instead of losing weight you might gain weight due to extra calories from sugar, milk and honey.
  • Drink Green Tea Daily 2 to 3 cups per day to burn more calories as well as carry on with your weight loss diets and workouts daily. If you try to over drink Green Tea more than 3 times a day you might face side effects like sleeping problems, headache, irregular heartbeat and nervousness which might cause serious damage to your health in future. It is good to drink Green Tea it is good for your health as well as to lose weight but you should know the limits.
