Recently the scientists have made research on few people and found that lack of sleep makes ghrelin levels rise and leptin levels fall and hence their hunger also increased relatively. And also their wish for high carbohydrate, calorie-dense foods raised by a massive 45%.
So the research recommends that if a person is on diet to lose weight program than he mush sleep enough at least eight to nine hours per day is the recommendation by experts. Sleep not only keep you refreshed but it also helps you to lose weight, repair tissues, boost immunity and build muscles.
